UK Street Cars Isle of Wight Takeover 2013 In Aid Of Meningitis UK & Chelsea's Wishes.

Saturday 28th - Sunday 29th September

Entry £1 per person. Camping £5 per tent (max 4 people per tent). All money raised will go to Meningitis UK and also Chelsea's Wishes.

Traders welcome on the Saturday day time. No fee to trade but we do ask for a donation for the charities.

*** There will be a 1 hour down time between 6pm and 7pm ***

This is to enable all cars that are not staying static on the show ground after 7pm to be moved to general parking. The gates will be shut at 7pm and will not open for vehicular access again until 8am Sunday morning.

Any vehicles that arrive/come back after 7pm will be parked in general parking over night.

It also enables people time to pitch their tents if they haven't done so already.

SATURDAY NIGHT
There will be evening entertainment for anyone camping. The line up will be updated as and we we get confirmation from the bands & DJ's.

Sadly we don't have use of the bar on Saturday evening due to them already having a function booked.

Your welcome to bring your own alcohol on site be please be aware... STRICTLY NO GLASS! CANS OR PLASTIC BOTTLE ONLY!

SUNDAY 29TH SEPTEMBER
Island Drive out - Sunday morning - 10.00am at Smallbrook Stadium

We will have an island drive out. The first convoy of cars will leave at 11am.

Maps will be available if needed but we do suggest bringing a sat nav (just in case). We will be finishing off at Sea Close Park in Newport.

Sunday afternoon - 1pm onwards
There will be a charity 5 a side football tournament in aid of Chelsea's wishes. Entry is £5 per team and is payable on the day. All money raised will go to Chelsea's Wishes.

Fancy dress is optional.
