Olivia Chaney is a classically trained pianist whose pure musical talent led her to teach herself the guitar and the harmonium.

This musical ability is combined with a raw creative energy which has helped her cultivate and nurture a beautifully original sound.

Her diverse songs are hard to pigeon-hole, but let’s say that they would be equally suited to a fisherman’s homecoming as they would to solo performances at the Southbank Centre or the Globe theatre, as she has already proven.

She is fast gaining world-wide recognition after a global tour with electronic band Zero 7 and she is a cut above the rest of the British folk scene.
