This workshop takes children on an imaginative journey as they learn to express themselves using body and mind with the integration of colour and music.

The workshop involves relaxation techniques, gentle exercise and stretching, movement expression with colour and music, circle-time discussions and imaginative story-telling.

AGES: 5 - 9

WHEN: Saturdays 9:00 - 10:00 starting 2nd April for 6 weeks.

LOCATION: Unitarian Hall, Newport

PRICE: £5 on the door or £24 total if 6 week course is booked in advance.

(Parents are welcome to stay and watch or join in at an extra cost of £2 per adult or £10 total if paid in advance).

TEACHERS:

Dana Molecki - Dana is a Master Practitioner and Teacher of Reiki and a Qualified Fitness Teacher with more than 20 years experience.

Louise Entwistle - Louise has BA (Hons) English with Qualified Teacher Status. She has worked as a primary school teacher both in the UK and Italy and has 8 years experience teaching both children and adults.

Both teachers are CRB checked.
