Town Council meetings are held at the Winter Gardens on Monday evenings at 7pm.

Members of the public are welcome and encouraged to attend.

If they wish to raise a question they are requested to advise the Town Clerk in advance or raise it before the meeting begins, keeping the questions related to the purpose of that meeting, i.e. only planning issues at planning meetings etc.

This will be followed by a Plans Committee meeting and Grants Committee meeting.

59/10 Jazz Office - To discuss future use of Winter Gardens by the Jazz Office and whether to reaffirm min 7 from 18th August 2008.
