Anyone who lives within a five mile radius of the Ventnor Winter Gardens and fancies themselves as a bit arty or crafty, entry forms are now available for the 2010 MacNaughton Howe Arts and Craft Exhibition.
The MacNaughton Howe Exhibition takes place each May at the Ventnor Winter Gardens and this year is the 53rd exhibition.
There are all manner of classes to enter from tapestry work to photography, model making to needlework, computer generated pictures to knitting or crochet. In fact there are 79 classes in total.
The quality of some of the entries is absolutely stunning and if you don’t fancy trying your hand at something, it’s always worth a look.
You’ll need to register by 10th May and the exhibition takes place Thursday 13th May – Friday 14th. Forms can be found in shops around Ventnor.
Entrance to hall, Adults 50p, children free.
Items entered for judging are 50p per item, childrens items free, awards given and cups for overall winners of sections.
