Working from her studio in the beautiful West Wight, Suzannah draws inspiration from the Island’s geology and earthy palette, to create impressionistic designs of the landscape.

Gathering materials is a big part of the process of Suzannah’s work. The clays are hand sourced from local beaches where natural landslides uncover new and unusual colours. Suzannah makes her paints by extracting pigments from clay, rocks, fossilised wood and plants.
