A walk at Newtown National Nature Reserve to see overwintering birds before they leave for their breeding grounds in the north.

We will visit the bird hide and then have a walk for closer views of the estuary and the Causeway Lake. Meet at the Visitor Centre (SZ423905).

The walk usually takes about 2.5 hours allowing time to enjoy the birds and the scenery. Wear warm clothes.
