A political action drama set in modern India. The fearless Rajjo (Madhuri Dixit) has created a sanctuary for girls and women. She and her Gulaab Gang are asked to back an inspirational but ultimately callous politician Sumitra Devi (Juhi Chawla). The Gulaab Gang become her worst enemy.
