KEEP ACTIVE is aimed at the fifty plus age group, the fun sessions last one hour every Monday and are designed to keep you fit and flexible.

KEEP ACTIVE is a gentle exercise programme that allows you to select your activities and work at your own pace. A great way to exercise with encouragement and support from a Qualified Level 4 GP Referral and Respiratory Exercise Specialist.

KEEP ACTIVE is designed to boost confidence, stamina, self esteem and increase energy levels in a sociable environment.

KEEP ACTIVE is a 5 session programme and each participant records and monitors their progress each week to see the improvement with the option to continue with their programme every 5 sessions.
