Maimie Winter is holding another evening of Angelic Meditation to follow on from her previously successful group. The next group will be held on Monday 3rd March.

The session lasts for 2 hours and is open to all levels of ability. The session offers beginners the chance to learn how to meditate and find emotional, physical and spiritual well-being in a relaxing, supported and healthy environment.

The session is priced at £10 per person. The group is very welcoming and friendly so come along, bring a friend and enjoy! This is a very special and wonderful experience and a great chance to meet like minded people.
