This is a talk by Alison Smith, who is the Head of British Art up to 1900 at the Tate Britain. Alison will be speaking on the Importance Of The Pre-Raphaelites To The Tate Collection.

Alison was one of three curators of the enormously popular 'Pre-Raphaelites: Victorian Avant Garde' exhibition which was staged at the Tate Britain between September 2012 and January 2013 - an amazing collection of over 150 works. During her talk, Alison will stress the importance of the Pre-Raphaelite movements works to the Tate collection , and give an insight into how the recent exhibition was staged.
