Come and learn how to make felt! An exciting new programme of one-day workshops are taking place in Freshwater, starting at the beginning of May.

Each workshop is self-contained - you can do one or as many as you like! There are workshops designed for beginners, such as "Painting with Fibres" and "Felt Flowers & Jewellery", then you can progress on to making bags, bowls, slippers, hats and lots more... People always say that they like the practical aspect of felt making - you can actually make something really useful in just one day.

All the workshops are held on Saturdays and run from 10.00 - 4.00pm.

"Felt Bags & Bowls' (Intermediate) Sat. 19th May.

"Felt Tea Cosies' (Intermediate) Sat. 26th May.

"Felt Hats & Slippers' (Intermediate) Sat. 9th June.

"Felt Cushion Cover' (Intermediate) Sat 16th June.

"Open Workshops' (All Abilities) Sat 23rd June & Sat. 30th June

VENUE : WWLP Conservatory, Maderia House, Avenue Rd, Freshwater, PO40 9UU. FREE parking at the rear of the building on the day.

£25 for the one-day workshop (£28 for "Felt Hats/Slippers/Cosies/Cushions" to cover the extra fibres needed)

ALL materials and equipment are included in the cost of the day.
