The chance to come and make a kite and join in at The Up and Down Kite Festival on 16th June at Yaverland, Sandown. It’s a joint project we, The New Carnival Company, are delivering with Spectrum Housing and Natural Wight – the kites will be made from bio-degradable materials and based around endangered species on the Isle of Wight eg seahorses, butterflies, bats etc.

The workshops are open to adults and school aged children, but no unaccompanied children under 12.

There may be help with transport on the day of the festival, if this is a problem.
