A free event, open to everyone of all ages, will take place at the Riverside Centre on Tuesday 5th July. This is a market place of ideas and opportunities that exist in your community to help you live life to the full. Pop along for a chat with all sorts of great people, offering advice and support. You can try Tai Chi at 11:30 am or yoga at 1pm. There will be a colouring competition for children, information on long term conditions, Community Safety advice, and a chance to meet your Local Care Navigator who will be keen to talk to you about how to make more days a good day. Refreshments will be available.
