Dan Phelps is an Illinois native who has been performing acoustic blues for over 25 years. He has played all over the U.S. as well as the UK and Europe. His CD releases have met with critical acclaim in US and British blues magazines such as 'Blues Revue' and 'Blues and Rhythm' magazines. In addition to packing small clubs as well as large theaters, Dan has shared festival billing with the likes of Alvin Youngblood Hart, Woody Mann, Pat Donohue, and many others. His last acoustic album is in the shortlist for Acoustic Album of The Year award by the American publication “Bluesblast” magazine. Steve Earle is also in the shortlist!
