SingAbout is a social singing activity based on a recognised music therapy.

It can help to improve your memory, breathing, movement, speech and confidence.

It’s fun and free and an opportunity to get out and meet people.

No musical background necessary, - come along and try it.

Every Monday 2.00 - 4.00 pm

St Margaret’s Hall, Lowtherville Road, Ventnor.

Sessions are FREE and refreshments are provided.
