Free, organised, weekly 5k run for anyone of any age and ability. Families/dogs/buggies welcome!

Whilst Seaclose/Medina is off limits we are using a lovely alternative route around Puckpool Park and the sea-wall throughout June.

Assemble at Puckpool Park car park at 8.45am for warm up and safety announcement. Run starts at 9am sharp.

This is a bar-code only event, as all times, points and positions are logged on a weekly results board. Bar-codes can be obtained by registration via the parkrun website (find Medina IW event) and is absolutely FREE. The event is a lot of fun and very friendly, and a good motivator to keep fit and active. Every month someone is nominated "Parkrunner of the Month" and wins a prize from one of the parkrun sponsors (Nike, Sweatshop & Lucozade).

If you wish to have a go, or even help out with marshalling (etc,) you will be made very welcome.
