Protester against the massive public service cuts plan to demonstrate outside County Hall on Tuesday 23rd February prior to the full council meeting where the proposed cuts will be ratified.

Gather between 5-6pm in order to protest beforehand and attend the meeting which starts at 6pm sharp.
