A workshop introducing you to mindfulness methods that help to improve your wellbeing. Learn ways to calm your mind, relax your body and build inner resilience.
We will be practicing sitting and laying meditation methods along with mindful movements to give you the tools to start to help yourself in daily life.
Regular mindfulness practice can create space in your mind and help to reduce stress, this workshop will give you a starting point to begin your mindfulness journey.
Open to beginners and those with some experience that just wish to reconnect and create some inner space.
