Department is located in the old Elizabeth Packs building in the heart of Ryde.

By Foot: The building is approximately ten minutes walk (uphill) from the transport interchange at Ryde seafront.

Public Transport: There's a bus stop located directly outside for journeys beginning by ferry or bus connections for those travelling by train from Shanklin/Sandown/Brading. For those travelling from Newport or the west of the Island, the nearest bus stop is 30 metres away outside Wetherspoons.

Car: To the rear of the building is a large Co-op carpark.
