Behind The Agony

Part of Ventnor Fringe Festival 2018

Agony aunt

With 17,000 views and rising on her YouTube advice channel, this very modern and multi-award-winning spinster librarian returns to Ventnor this summer to spill the beans on her life as a freelance Agony Aunt. Expect tips, reminiscences and a live consultation using Ms Samantha Mann’s signature ‘green card’ technique. All dilemmas addressed. No satisfaction guaranteed.

“Do not think of this as therapy in public, think of it as an exposé of the mores of Middle England.” Buxton Fringe Review.

Behind The Agony is a follow-up to Ms Samantha Mann’s debut, Stories About Love, Death & A Rabbit, which won her a ‘Merv’ Spirit of the Fringe Award from the Edinburgh Fringe Festival, a Grand Prix from the Stockholm Fringe Festival and a Fringe Spirit Award from the Norway Fringe Festival.

More information about Ms Samantha Mann is at
