The closing concert at this years Harp on Wight International Festival features the first appearance at the event of Catrin Finch from Wales - arguably the UK's best known harpist. Known as the 'Queen of Harps', Catrin has previously served as the officially appointed harpist to HRH The Prince of Wales.
She tours widely as a solo artist, in a acclaimed duo with Senegal kora player Seckou Keita, and with the world's top orchestra's. Her concert at the festival is titled 'The Story So Far' - a career retrospective woven with anecdotes and insights into the life of this extraordinary harpist.
