This 4-week Mindful Living course is a journey of reflection and exploration, it offers you a chance to reflect on your needs, to be mindful of what actions you would benefit from in your life right now, and to start to create more positive habits in your life.

We will explore a range of methods including journaling, creativity, mindfulness, affirmations, visualisations and relaxation, which you can continue to try at home during the 4 weeks.

The aim is to help you find the best ways for you to become more mindful and aware of your needs and to encourage you take some time to nurture and nourish yourself.
