Mindful and gentle yoga postures, hand mudras, pranayama - simple breathing methods, mindfulness and meditation to soothe your day and prepare you for the weekend.

This is a mixed ability class, so you can choose to sit on a yoga mat or use a chair if you prefer.

Fridays 1pm - 2pm

Buy a flexible 6 class pass and if you miss a week, you can use it another time.
