Join Sue Bailey for an early morning walk mainly for adults, taking in the woodlands, wildlife and seascapes of Cowes.

There is something special about early morning so, why not join other people who are up with the lark. We will walk through Northwood House grounds, from the Rotunda car park (PO318AZ) down to Mornington woods, (where we might hear woodpeckers) along Cowes Green (looking out for cormorants and hearing some tales of ships and yachts that have Cowes connections), back up through Battery Woods, and back along Baring road. We should be back to the carpark by 8.30am. This will be a slow paced walk with stops to look and listen.

There are a lot of steps and some short, steep, woodland sections.
