This weekend, 20th and 21st May, vintage buses and coaches can be seen in and around Ryde at the Rydabus event.

Organised by the IW Bus and Coach Museum, it is the first major event of the 2023 season and has been deservedly popular in previous years.

Once again, buses will serve the IW Donkey Sanctuary in Wroxall where visitors can park free of charge and receive a friendly welcome.

The preserved buses will operate special free services, linking the Park and Ride site with the Bus Museum in Ryde and other attractions.

Services 1A and 1B serve Wootton station of the IW Steam Railway. A commemorative programme is available, containing full timetables and other helpful information.

Doors open at 10am on both days.
