Starting off at The Breeze Cafe, Island Harbour PO30 2GS . Plenty of free parking and easy to find.
Setting off along the shared shingle/gravel cycle path we will take the route along to Medina Quay in Newport. We then join National Cycle Route 23 (Red Squirrel trail) to Cowes.
At the end of the NCR 23 we will join Arctic Road, this will take us into Cowes where we can stop for a break.
After we will head down to the floating bridge which will take us over the river, then head up to Beatrice Avenue going past the historic St Mildred's church, then to Whippingham Road, Alverstone Road, down Brocks Copse Road, eventually taking us back down to East Cowes Road , Racecourse Road then back to Island Harbour.
For those who want to complete a ride before the end of Breeze through Winter and to most aptly celebrate International Women's day. (A global day celebrating social, economic , cultural and political achievements of woman and those who ride in Breeze rides … )
