Mindful Moments offer a chance to explore mindfulness and creativity, promoting feelings of wellbeing and a calmer state of mind.
We combine mindfulness, such as breath awareness or a mini meditation with different creative activities, such as expressive drawing, painting to music, Sumi - Japanese painting, origami, wire creations and more.
These sessions are held on Friday mornings 10.30am - 11.30am in Independent Arts' Creative Hub, our lovely workshop and gallery space in the centre of Newport.
