The next History Detectives is on Sunday 1st March 2-3pm and is all about Tudor England. We'll be learning about disease and cures, clothing, crime, exploration and Elizabethan spies through fun, hands on activities including: : - Diagnosing illnesses. - Making a pomander to prevent illness. - Playing popular games. - Learning Tudor slang. - Picking pockets. - Learning what you would and would not be allowed to wear. - Cracking codes as a Tudor Spy . Sessions are suitable for ages 4+, but younger siblings are welcome to attend. Spaces cost £5 per child. Sessions take place in Brighstone Scout Hut, behind the Wilberforce Hall in Brighstone village centre.
