The Friendly Frolic is back for 2020. People that took part in 2019 seemed to enjoy the format and some asked if we could do it again, so here it is.

The Frolic is a casual, fun, no pressure run. It is a set of loops that you choose to run, from the pub. Run as much or as little as you like, then chill out at the Bargemans and enjoy the refreshments.

We have the upstairs room booked out for us, and the upstairs bar is open for us.

An ideal run for those that want to come along for a little chat and a run, or for those that are marathon training and want to rack up some miles. Water and sweets are available at the pub.
