'Absent Friends' motorcycle ride out, noon-3pm, Newport-Ryde. AFteR Rideout party at Smallbrook Stadium, with live alternative 70s/80s/90s music from Stage Fright, starting 8pm. Charity fund raising entrance charge.

The Isle of Wight Absent Friends Rideout (AFR) Group has been set up to raise awareness of motorcyclists on the Isle of Wight's roads. They also support the work of local charities, through fund raising. On the 1st or 2nd Saturday of June, every year, there is a rideout, to remember fellow motorcyclists who are no longer here.
