Amber Fox and Helena Murphy are teaming up for a nourishing yoga retreat to mark the turn in the season. Our four day retreat is an opportunity to unfurl after the cold winter and is a space to bloom through renewed connection to body and mind.
We’ll be practicing vinyasa flow, mandala, restorative yoga, nidra, pranayama and a special gong bath amongst much more nourishing goodness.
The Vegan Boys will be providing delicious plant-based vegan food and there will be plenty of downtime for you to relax at the farmhouse (maybe in the roof terrace hot tub!) or explore the abundance of natural beauty nearby.
