A 40 minute Talk on Herbs and spices used in Roman Times plus information on different types of items used to administer the medicines. Maddy and Chris Dobson have a great interest in social history including herbalism. Chris has played a roman doctor in the TV series with Tony Robinson called God and Monsters. The couple will be bringing with them examples of medical equipment and herbs and spices used during the Roman Period.
