Come to the island’s Cancer Wellbeing Fair to find out how to live well with cancer or after cancer.

The Cancer Wellbeing Fair is for you if have or have had cancer, or if you are family member or a friend to someone with cancer. Meet and chat to the island’s cancer support groups and other organisations that aim to improve wellbeing for all those affected by cancer – patients, family, friends and colleagues.

If you’re struggling with everyday tasks, find out what practical help you can. You can also try singing and dancing taster sessions and discover other activities that promote wellbeing such as hypnotherapy, reflexology, Mindfulness, yoga, make-up, etc.

There will be a Q&A session with the Hampshire Macmillan Citizens Advice Service who give free, impartial and confidential advice on a variety of issues, including benefits, housing, employment and debt for anyone who has cancer, or is affected by cancer. They also provide help with benefit appeals and applying for grants.
