Get Motivated to achieve your goals. Setting goals is important because goals give you a focus to work towards. You might want to start making changes, maybe in terms of getting more done, being more organised, losing weight, doing more exercise, eating healthier food ... However, according to research about 80% of people fail to stick to their New Year's resolutions for longer than six weeks.
The aim of the Motivation Workshop is to inspire you; to help get you motivated to do all the things you really want to do so that you CAN make those changes that will make a difference to your life.
The first part of the workshop will help you to recognise how your mindset influences how you live your life and you will discover what is motivating the choices you make. We will then work on identifying what's really important to you - your values. Values are like a compass that directs your life in a certain direction. Focusing on your values keeps you heading in the right direction enabling you to change and grow ...... so you can lead a rich and fulfilling life whatever life throws at you.
We will also work on confidence building and self esteem to help you stay on course for the longer term.
The workshop includes a free confidence building recording to listen to after the course.
All course materials are provided.
