On Saturday 29 September 2018, some of the teachers from Yinspire Yoga Brading are running a Try Yoga Day.

You can meet the teachers, try some practices, ask some questions, find out whats right for you. No pressure. No drama. No dogma.

You don’t need to be athletic, skinny, supple, full of energy or deeply spiritual. You do need an open mind and a smile.
