The one and only traditional Texan smoker on the Isle of Wight showcases it's delights for the very first time at this event.
Menu featuring 12 hour oak smoked brisket cooked low and slow served in freshly baked brioche bun with a handful of homemade jalapeño slaw and smoky beans
Our favourite thing is cooking locally sourced food on our traditional Texan smoker using locally sourced wood.
