The I W Chamber Health Team will be at The Green Room, Salisbury Gardens on Thursday 20th September between 10.30 am and 2.15 pm.
Come and meet the Chamber Health Team Free NHS Health Check for 40-74 year olds.
You must be living or working on the Island. Not have received an NHS Health Check in the last 5 years.
Not be on medication for high blood pressure, cholesterol, heart conditions, atrial fibrillation, kidney disease or diabetes.
You can choose to book in on the day or book a timeslot by calling us on 554545. Supported by the Isle of Wight Chamber of commerce and Isle of Wight Council.
