Weekly Contemporary Dance Class for adults First class only £3

Contemporary Dance draws on a rich heritage of modern dance styles and allows the dancer freedom to move, breathe, feel and express themselves freely.

These classes will combine technique to enable you to move your body efficiently and easily and fun, playful, imaginative tasks to create choreography.

Everybody is welcome at these classes including those with and without prior dance experience as all exercises can be adapted according to people's needs.
