Island promoters Vaguely Sunny are delighted to be involved again with the Ventnor Fringe Festival for the eighth consecutive year. On August 10th they will be presenting a concert by Scottish piper Brighde Chaimbeul from the Isle of Skye who was the winner of the Young Folk Award in the 2016 BBC2 Radio 2 folk Awards. Brighde spent last summer wowing audiences at festivals across the country An exceptional musician on both Scottish small pipes and Highland pipes, Brighde’s live performances are both mesmerising and thrilling. She will be accompanied by Innes White on guitar.
