Katrina Redpath who will talk about Female Sexuality. Katrina is a systemic family psychotherapist with 20 years’ experience working with children, families and couples. Nine years ago she set up a charity on the Island ‘Seeds4change’. She also works part time as Head of Counselling for London South West YMCA managing a team of twenty five counsellors and trainee therapists.

Sylvia Clare who will talk about Mindfulness. She has been practising for over 20 years, long before it became fashionable and now teaches others. Sylvia says she teaches from ‘the basis of how much it has enabled my life to become wonderful.’
