Come and join us for this,our first event at The Parish Hall Newport and be immersed in the sounds and vibrations of the gongs and bowls.The gongs will help you to drift into a deep meditative state, and on returning you can feel refreshed and rejuvenated, with a renewed sense of calm and focus that can last for a few days.

Please remember that your body can chill when travelling and it maybe a little chilly,so please wear comfortable clothing, bring a mat or 2, pillow, water, and a blanket or 2 to keep you warm n comfy. We will then lead you down with a guided meditation and into the vibrations.

The door will then be locked at 19-30 so there is no disturbance caused to those that are settled and ready to be immersed in the vibrations.
