Two sensational dinners with wines specially selected to match each dish as well as daily Italian wine masterclasses.
Matt Whishaw, local wine expert and Certified Wine Educator for the Wine and Spirit Education Trust will host the evenings and select the wines to match each course cooked by Head Chef, Steve Harris.
Matt will present each wine, explain its nuances and why it has been selected to match the dish for all guests to enjoy an interactive, unforgettable weekend.
He will conduct masterclasses each afternoon at 6pm for those who really want to delve deep into the world of Italian wine.
Each session will be designed to de-mystify the complexities of this fascinating wine producing nation and to explain the latest developments and trends.
