The market, run as a co-operative, is now in its fifth year and prides itself on selling additive-free food.
All cooks use free-range eggs and locally sourced ingredients whenever possible, keeping food miles to a minimum.
An extensive range of savoury and sweet foods are sold, many are suitable for vegetarians, vegans and people with food intolerances.
Fresh bread is available, along with jams, marmalade, chutneys, pickles and sauces.
Seasonal vegetables, fruit and plants are always on sale. There is a wide range of crafts – knitwear and textiles, jewellery, wirework and cards.
Our café serves drinks, cakes and light lunches.
