Due to strong growth MHI Vestas Offshore Wind are adding another shift at their state of the art site in Stag Lane, Newport. This has created 70 new positions across production, maintenance and logistics.

There is a Jobs Fair at the site on Saturday 10-3. People are invited to come along, have a tour of the state of the art facility, meet the team and find out more about career opportunities. They do not need to pre-register just come along with CV and covering letter.

The great thing about these roles is that applicants do NOT need prior experience of the composites industry. MHI Vestas Offshore Wind do on-the-job training and development. Successful applicants have the opportunity to complete NVQ’s on the job should they wish. Therefore anyone with a positive working attitude, commitment to safety and quality, and who enjoys being part of a hard working team are welcome to apply/come to the open day.
