The parents, children and staff of Greenmount Primary School in Ryde will celebrate both their past and their future at a special event on Saturday, July 2nd.

This summer will see the school community moving to its new home in St Vincent’s Road after being in Green Street for over 150 years.

Next Saturday will give people who’ve been to the school – both young and old – a chance to look into the past and to view the school’s current building before it closes its doors on July 22nd.

As well as guided tours and a chance to look at children’s research and work, the event will feature music, dancing, refreshments and traditional stalls and entertainments.

Past pupils, staff and parents are particularly welcome to come and take one last look.
