On this engaging course you will learn to extract shapes and colours from the marine environment and reassemble them into a stylised or abstract composition.
Martin will talk you through every stage and give demonstrations where appropriate. The course will use the quayside and the river Medina in Newport Harbour as the main source of material and inspiration.
Basic competence in painting with watercolours, acrylics, or oils will be required. Please click here for the workshop’s materials list.
