Victoria, Tanya and Scott from The Strong Room Newport are hosting The Isle of Wight Strongest Man and Woman Competition.

This will be held at Tapnell Farm this Sunday 15th July from 10am.

It will be a charity event supporting Beaulieu House Respite Centre on the Isle of Wight where families and spectators will all be very welcome.

Entry is free and there will be music, food stalls, a raffle, children’s entertainment and of course The Strong Man/Woman Competition running throughout the day.

There are 40 athletes competing – including 10 women.

Guest referees are Robert Frampton and Tasha Webb Guest commentator is Les Wiltshire Trophies for 1st, 2nd and 3rd.

Sponsors are Tuff Wraps, Tapnell Farm and Briddlesford Farm, who are providing complimentary milk from their Guernsey cows for the competitors.
