Devised by the theatre company ice&fire, Asylum Monologues is a first-hand account of the UK’s asylum system in the words of people who have experienced it.

Ice&fire explore human rights stories through performance. With a distinct and determined voice they develop original theatre pieces from human rights testimony and documentary evidence. They have kindly allowed the IW Amnesty Group to perform this piece as part of their 2017 fundraising program. The IW Amnesty Group, part of Amnesty International, is an active group that campaigns passionately on behalf of victims of torture, abuse and injustice.
