Restore natural balance

Ever feel grumpy if you don’t eat, or sluggish or tired after lunch?

Come and hear naturopath Lucy Peel talking about how food and eating patterns could be affecting your mood. Lucy will be discussing how she works with nutrition and natural medicines to help her clients balance their moods and also touch on how she works with clients with mental health issues. She will provide you with some practical advice to incorporate positive changes into your daily routine and meal plans to take home.

Yoga teacher Nina Barlow will follow the talk by guiding you through a 45 minute yoga sequence designed to support balance and calm. She will very much tailor this session to the group’s needs on the night.
